Please do not leave flames unattended due to risk of fire. Keep away from pets, children & drafts. Do not ingest. Place on a level surface. Burn for at least 4 hours on the first burn for a more even wax pool around the wick. All candles & wax melts are handmade and therefore may differ very slightly to the images shown. Thank you.

Orders are processed within 2 weeks, as each item is handmade and often personalised to order. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Once dispatched, orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail or InPost tracked delivery, and tracking information will be provided where available.

Return & Refund Policy
At Art By JV, all products are handmade, hand‑poured and often personalised to order, so we do not generally accept returns. Refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged, faulty or ineffective. Due to the nature of our products, we require clear photographic proof of any issue before we can assess your request.
